delay, page-3

I heard there was a delay due to asx queries on dealing's between kal and byr, with complaints lodged by kal shareholders on not being entitled to the original entitlement to byr shares as per the proposed initial deal.

My broker feels matters will be resolved this week and byr will be back on the boards with asx satisfaction on some legal technicalities.......looking forward to it's re-listing with a very large re-rating....good luck to all backers:)
