Back in eraly 1999 when Ashton Mining (ASH) share was trading at multiple years low of 51c, Rio Tinto and Debeers start the bidding war and after a few months share price traded above $2 and settle for a takeover price of $2 I believe. So looking at ASH monthly chart and KIM chart, it's telling me the rumour could be true.

KIM as of Monday been remove from ASX200, this means funds have to sell out their holding and KIM is having a few issues with costs etc. It's vulnerable as a TO target as if you want to TO a company, the best time to do so is when they're at their worse possible position and I think it's now.

I am looking for $1.50 target with my finger cross.
