Based on the evidence presented it seems we got cheated by Watchstone.

We have the 50mill pounds in escrow and then Watchstone themselves have roughly 60-70mill pounds. On top of that there could be some insurance payouts if this sort of scenario is covered. That is if we win. I have no doubt we will.

Our new lenders got our debt for next to nothing.

They won't get our future prospects for next to nothing.

They knew all along about this lawsuit and its prospects. The also knew about our operations inside out. Why does everyone think we got the $40mill headroom capital that easy?
