I think future capital expenditure (say, 12 to 36 months ahead) for the new warehouse might be weighing on the minds of potential buyers, given they pay most of their profits out in dividends.
Also, I can't see much sunshine for the Australian economy over the next number of years (too much household debt, Amazon effect) so business and consumer spend on IT might be somewhat muted.
