Highlights:
• Drilling results from the Kamushanovskoe uranium project show significant anomalism - maximum value of 0.287% U over 0.5m
• Exploration and historical Soviet drilling data confirm potential to significantly increase the current target at the project
• Exploration will aim to define a JORC compliant uranium resource
Analysis of the results of this exploration indicate more than half of the auger holes show significant uranium anomalism, with a maximum value of 0.287% U over 0.5m in the drilling and a maximum value of 0.21% U over 5m in the trenching, with grade often starting at surface.
This exploration has also confirmed that the uranium at Kamushanovskoe is hosted by surficial peat deposits that are thought to have absorbed uranium from metal-rich ground waters. Most, if not all of the uranium sits within 5 metres of surface, making potential development of the site both simple and cost effective.
