At the meeting Alan Doyle said that JORC could be up to 6 months away as there were some drilling problems (quality of the rigs available rather than ground issues). This would not delay the Pt spin out which he was trying to finalise through the UK shortly. The UK deal may be either a float or a back door listing. This was not yet finalised however a back door was preferable as it would be a lot quicker process.
