Just did a check on the share price of companies that received a second strike and the majority ( a couple significantly) have higher share prices than they did at the time of the strike. So let's not over-emphasise the significance of a second strike. It may or may not happen but it is very unlikely to cause a resignation of a director and certainly it doesn't appear it has any detrimental medium or long-term effect on share price.
