lets face it - we do not know the finer details so all speculation. You can come up with these $amounts if you want but until the feasibilities finalised and the actual budgeted amounts released then all assumptions!
in addition - chicken/egg - well I am sure that those in the know have a better understanding as to how things are going to get to where they envisage them to be - and that includes funding.
and yes full integration will provide a number of cost and logistical savings)

and no - don't need these to sell graphite to - still have MOU with Rosatom and we are awaiting details of their self-funded testing on MNS G - and then we will hopefully be in the know as to how much they need) - and the rest)
