Thanks for the time an effort to respond so fully to my query. Yes Directors need to consider shareholders but it's important we understand the legal priorities. It would be very difficult for a director to suggest that full time remuneration for part time work is in the best interest of the company, and it is up to the shareholders to raise and challenge the executive on such issues. I also feel we should seek to gain an understanding of the activities on any non-exec.
