    We will know in the near future whether the FOR proponents have the majority of shares to
    vote according to the Board's recommendations, or the AGAINST agitators have been simply making a lot of noise without the votes to back them up.

    For better, or for worse, I'm tipping the FOR having the votes to swing the result.
