Rivers made 9 mil ebitda loss last year therefore even if they make 1 mil profit it gives 10 mil positive impact. All in all looking at last year 25 mil ebitda and assuming flat result across other brands we are looking at 35-40 mil ebitda. Just a rough estimate given no update from the company.
