I think the ADO board want to stay in the DIAsource game. At a last resort, it will be an outright exit maybe with a buyer secured.
Staying in the game may require a lot of negotiations.
Controlling interests (where would it leave the ADO product)
DIAsource is a public company with how many vendors with different agendas (some may want cash and others still want the marriage).
The announcement has shed a little light on the process (for me anyway but not the market).
