I replied to this -

"34.5% of the population own houses with mortgages. 31% own outright according to census.

So is it 1/3 of the 34.5%?"

Is it only IO who are 'under the pump', really? I would have thought they were less stress than the one with P&I since interest only payments are less than P&I.
