MSM and MMZ – ASX listed companies with Million dollar competitions, page-5

For me, there is a huge difference between a photo competition vs a talent competition.
Talent competition is a proven concept for many years. The only new concept here is going global via mobile phone app.
Beta competition testing has been done successfully. Even the current UK audition trial i believe is doing very well. Think of Youtube (Video content) + Americas Got Talent (multiple categories talent comp) + Twitch (monetization model) = Megastar.
I don't think MMZ shutterbug was Dion Sullivan's concept. My research say the founder was Mr Danny Maco.
I do think he got part of the idea from that concept and hence started Megastar.
Megastar isn't just Dion, look all the other A-List management and Advisory board.
I never heard of a successful mainstream photo competition so i can't even really compare MMZ to MSM.
I'm sure he has worked in many other businesses not mentioned on his profile. I guess just like us ordinary people, we don't put everything in our CV ;-). Anyway he wasn't making the calls at MMZ and the business experience around him at MSM more than covers his weaknesses.
