Anchorage doesn't need to fear the ire of Rozencratz as he is not offering anything to recapitalise the company.
Shareholders will approve their holdings diluted to a residual 4% as a sweetner over the alternative of senior lenders pushing the company into liquidation. As others have said $250m pounds of debt will remain with first claim over escrow etc.
