I get you're point and like you I have seen pump and dumps many times (I have been caught out many times). They usually involve pumps prior to news then big sell off on news. In this case it was a matter of the market reacting to positive news. TV2 management is kicking goals right now. Their disclosure rules mean that have to disclose the news they have been announcing this week, not just announce something when revenue comes in. But regardless, this management is being extremely proactive in dealing with the market/shareholders - transparency is what builds trust and you need this along with execution of cash generating deals to move the SP up. You can't have one without the other. This TV2 management is building cred with the market. This is no pump, just good transparent management. Now, if traders/shareholders want to sell their holdings now, then they have made their 20% and are happy and aren't interested in a long-term hold. I think that's what is happening now
