the only numbers that matter are:

we know they sold 10%

we know they got shares that trade at 2c

we know the options are worth zip (at the moment)

and:

we dont know how they valued the company, or the true value

we dont know why this whole 6c charade exists

but:

doesn't mean it won't increase in the future
or that it will increase...... either way, it's just a punt, as we have no idea of the true worth, just a few numbers scratched on an announcement, that don't really mean much at all.
