    We might need this "bigger than BHP" company to make an offer or buy substantial numbers of shares to have any chance of changing the board and Cottee.

    At the 249d vote, there will have to be substantial enticement/incentives to get enough votes fro BOD change IMO, and get the apathetic voters..
