    I suppose we might end up with FCPB as a shareholder rather than FCP, but other than that there aint any other synergies that I can see.
    I will pose the question again: why was it important that FCP sold thier stake in CUS Asia in return for CUS shares? If it has something to do with this ann today, then I could equally pose the question ..who is running CUS? Is it FCPB or is it Baker/Wildash et al.? There seem to be an awful lot of movements that are in the intersts of FCP and dont really concern the other shareholders.....
