    VCR keeps doing this, as soon as the SP goes up, in this case up to around $1.15 sevral months ago, they offer to sell more shares to "sophisticated investors" for a hefty discount and hence the SP falls down closer to the discounted price that they offer, in this case $0.80. I'm a shareholder and I'm getting tired of this antic they keeping pulling off.
