These are the reasons for this thread, which I've mentioned most of since the start of the thread, also as the time for announcing the new remuneration is nearly on us (Dirk takes over in a few days and GR is backing down) it's a handy time to remind both shareholders and management that remuneration is and was too high.
I can only imagine a few on here would prefer to bring it up after the new remuneration has already been allocated, and that's the wrong time to do it IMO.
