One thing people overlooked is their online business. Webshop sales looks like growing in double digit annual percent range. Not to mention their online lending business has already overtaken the brick and mortar lending business.
Regarding EZCorp takeover, it is clear that board of directors and majority management are a clique of people from EZCorp
