Yes, Tomas being onboard is fantastic, thus giving us all a signal of something upcoming, but the picture on the website may as well have been Bugs Bunny from the presentation point of view.

Most people do not understand that Uran was invited and asked by the CR gov to submit a formal bid. Uran did so and did not know what response would be. Like going to a garage sale you dont overbid for something until you know what is exactly in there so, Obviously the CR rejected Urans 1st bid as mentioned above.
Perhaps they were offended, but then if you go to the butchers to buy a pound of mince, you first must tell them you want a pound, and not just pay for mince without asking how much of it per kilo/pound is first.
