I am not happy about the dilution as I said. The thing that annoys me most is that people who are not doing anything to advance this company, stand to make a truckload of cash if the app or other products take off. Definitely not in any way defending the agreement that was signed but it was and now it has been excercised. Nothing current management could have done about that. The timing is good for holders imo as if this had of been mixed with eofy considerations it could have been a bloodbath. We will still either sink or swim based on products and revenue which hasn't changed. If something bad is released about that then I will be as upset as anybody else on here.
