Gunslinger..you are absolutely correct in your last post..this has always been part of the Co prospectus/agreement (whether they be good or bad terms)...it's nothing new and there is nothing to be complained of or for threats of suing someone by some HC posters.....this current announcement has only taken some s/holders off guard given that time has elapsed so quickly since they became WGL...

As I have stated many times in the past... my main concern was as to whether the Co ever did or had commissioned or received Senior Counsel's legal advice as to whether we were to be classified as a carrier and thus were we ever really required to comply with the new govt laws and regulations made...imo, could we have carried on with our revolutionary product of data savings and speed thus in turn not delaying the App launch and expending large amount of funds to be govt compliant and in turn losing our data & speed advantages....I think with the Co not mentioning anything to the best of my recall about chasing up government departments, ministers and ombudsman's to enforce others to follow suit ....it only strengthens my belief that someone possibly didn't do Due Diligence of obtaining full senior counsel/QC legal advise as to actually cover this carrier situation and if we had to comply...which in turn such legal advice could have possibly led us in a totally different direction both as a Co & financially wise.

As always this is only a concern of mine that I would like to know if any legal advice was obtained as to the rest DYOR.
