Simply put I don't think they will build any more plants for producing Edencrete anywhere except in Colorado and Georgia, and only finished product will be shipped all over the world from the US. The finished product can be analysed as much as competitors want, but in the same way that anyone could analyse MS Windows binary code, unless the person has the source code, reverse engineering would be near impossible. So a competitor would have to start from scratch, or do something altogther different like using graphene, or steal the IP. I imagine every employee with access to the IP or the process would have to sign some sort of confidentiality agreement.
Building a plant in China would be suicide, because they would steal the IP and copy it, just as they do with every other manufacturer. Chris Roberts wisely refused that route with Cochlear a decade back, and thats the reason it still does very well.
