Don't shoot the messenger.
It's as clear as day that your emotions are controlling you. It taints your decision-making and results in sub-optimal investment outcomes.
My advice - go outside today. Fly a kite or build a sandcastle. Plant a friggen tree. Whatever. Get some perspective and then return next week and review your portfolio with a fresh set of eyes
