I havn't seen four corners so I should say seems like telstra treat there workers like there customers, have to try and see it.... its just that I have always been with Telstra and rather than get stuck into there customers with a reasonable fine for a late payment it does seem rather high compared to loss on investment of the payment that was due....I think they should just have to have more compassion in the big corporate world....especially in looking after there long term customers rather than have them feel not appreciated.....suppose I'll have to enquire about late payment costs as well as call costs when searching for another....hope there all not the same....Telstra did let me off the first time but not the next...and there will probably be more times whenshuffling bills so its worth quereing this part of a contract in future.
