Would have been a harder sell for Sean at the "3 week investor presentation tour".. with all these knives overhanging. Those investors would have known a sell down was imminent if top holders needed to make room for all the performance shares...
Hopefully it will be over soon enough and Wgl get some further traction... maybe a consolidation will be in order to obtain big money as a lot of funds won't touch anything less than 20c
