IF PE gets the go ahead to proceed into arbitration, in other words FAR are judged to have a legitimate case to be answered, what happens then ? FAR at that time could also be sitting on a massive reserve upgrade especially if SF-1 comes in.
FAR would be the hottest and juiciest snag on the barbecue and the majors would be fighting over the last bottle of tomato sauce on the planet.
