I agree that there has been some real apathy shown during this current voting.

But, don't forget that we are in control of more than 25% of the total shares and, based on that number, we still have to baseball bat in our hands by the handle and, if we play our cards right, that 25% will be more than sufficient to cause the BOD some real headaches.

Now, think what 25% of the votes can do when the time will come that we are asked to vote for the usual resolution of Remuneration and we knock it on the head every time it will come up. If that is not enough to cause the BOD some serious headaches knowing that they are severely hamstrung in getting some good pays, I don't know.

I don't know what I am trying to say here, but these are the rules as set under the Corporation Laws. (I.e. First strike and second strike, where another Board spill has to voted upon).

The first time that this will, or could happen, will come at the next AGM later in the year.

The main thing now is to reassure us that we will stick together.
