By your post it seems you do not know what happens on a second strike if there is. Another vote is taken to have another meet to elect another board and the chairman stays so you are still left with the same chairman.
I think that is what happens not read it for a while.
I do think any company would have someone ready for board positions on a second strike that happens after if they vote for a meeting to give you time for replacements.
That only happens on 249D.
