Monty, I don't hold (traded once pre mining) but have it in my more distant watchlist, so not really overly informed, having said that:
HH may be selling due to their recent merger with Pengana not fitting into their portfolio and nothing more sinister than that. That could also explain why bidders aren't bidding, and waiting HH to finish their selling. A final exhaustion sell may be an indicator of that.
If this is the case, and nothing more untoward than previously informed by mgmt. then it may soon become a screaming buy, especially if this was to happen before any further CR was required.
This in my over 50 years of trading experience. The next qtrly will be of interest.
