That looks right if you are trying to put bitcoin into your exchange account. you would need to take the code, and go to your wallet which has the coins, and send coins to that code. (If your wallet is on a phone, you could scan the QR code). Then you should see the coins in your exchange account.
If you already have the coins in your exchange account, and want to move the out to your wallet, you will first need to go to your wallet. on the 'receive' page, you will find a code (similar to the one above). Take that code to your exchange account, and look for the option to 'withdraw'. That should give you an option to enter a code to send to. Enter the code you just took from your wallet, and use that as the destination for the coins you are withdrawing.
