I have an interest in a mining/exploration company which bears a striking resemblance to the recent goings-on at Central .The board consisted of reps from the two main shareholders who in turn tended to try and out-manoeuvre the other for control of the company because each was aware of the potential that was to be had , and the company was going down the gurgler . An outsider ( with experience in this area ) banged their
heads together ,got rid of the deadwood , took a seat on the board , and the company ,while not out of the woods yet , is doing well . The sp has improved considerably since those dark days . I look forward to new board with a plan . I don't think I could ever trust the current board again . I would need assurances written in blood .
