If you read this from other posts you may find that it was not factual. Their is currently no tenement for Kolosori. Axiom however have a current court process involving licensing. "Anyhow, the best guess, to your question, would be that Sumitomo have lost privilege with traditional owners, less 1 or 2, and the rest are on board. They would have their 30 days to appeal any decision once this is submitted. Then we have resolved the ownership issue." (SIC)
