I don't think anyone is unaware that if, in 12 months, we're still seeing the same trading range that heads will have to roll. We're currently just over the 12 month marks for WP and he's doing pretty well. Vax I don't put on him, but all future moves with the Vax I certainly will. We need resolution, but I know that can't happen overnight. Looking at the next three months for Vax.
