Ive been pondering this exact point as i myself was ince in a similar situation.
As an employee at SGH would YOU:-
- stay whilst people around jump ship, in the hope that you make a few $ at some undefined date in the distant future so long as everything goes right? Oh.. ..and knowing how the so is beyond your control anyhow.
Or
- Take the higher offer to lure you elsewhere right now? Pay your bills. Enjoy a few luxuries. Into the lifeboat and away from.....well...the troubles
These are humans.....not fools I suspect.
