What do you think they will do trav ? Apply for another extension - no reason why they need to begin trading until they finish the reorganisation they have announced they are doing. Only people who will be hurt by the extension will be those holding short positions - continued holding costs plus share lenders may want a bigger fee for allowing the short to continue.
