What is this delay? There couldn't be a much better time for a junior to finance a project of this size. After Chinese version of BFS, so after Sept, is the current info as I understand?
When have the major's ever bought low? No, they buy high after a project is de-risked and been producing for a couple of years. Seems to me the opportunity is in the removal of finance and execution risk.
