they become suspended midweek and will be converted to shares which will trade on the Nasdaq on October 1
Holders will have their shares converted to LOOK shares on the Nasdaq as at October 1 for whatever they are worth then.
Not worth the drama for holders of CDI's here in Australia....IMHO
Exit before they delist and the capital loss will be more beneficial then the brokerage fees etc of selling on the Nasdaq.
IMHO
but that decision is for anyone who holds.
