So the licensing price for DMX-200 ALONE could be worth:
* 20% effectiveness - 11 to 17 cents per share.
* 30% effectiveness - 22 to 28 cents per share.
* 40% effectiveness - 33 to 38 cents per share.
* 50% effectiveness - 44 to 50 cents per share.
And the Receptor-HIT platform could be worth a minimum of $1.33 per share.
So for a buyout offer to be about right, we're looking at a minimum of about $1.50 per share with a premium added.
