Let's agree to disagree as they aren't related parties as far as I am concerned. Also digital4ge voted their 48m shares in favour of the 2m raise and CHP appear to have bought the shares in order to remove Ben McGrath. So don't know how all that works but I'm looking forward not backwards as we can't change anything now. The company needs cash to do anything so I believe it's a positive that investors have put in so much new money. Let's see what happens next as they must have some sort of plan. Fingers crossed.
