You consistently fail to address the glaring hole in your "proposal", I take it that's because there is no answer.
Optionco could match Newdirection with their own ambit claim tomorrow, maybe they just have a better grip on reality and more respect for shareholders intelligence.
Respect to them, at least they have enough support to get the spill up.
