There is nothing new in this announcement as DW has already mentioned that it is a patience game now but this has created enough liquidity for day traders.
Moving higher is unlikely as traders know that there is no news for a while. At this flow rate it will take 6-7 weeks (2percent per week) for 30% fluid to come out.
