"‘Cobalt27’ initial prospectus, now listed on the TSX. Specifics that were interesting : purchased 1205T of physical Cobalt as at $101m : 101m/1205T=~$84kperT !! The current LME price for Cobalt perT is $59500 cash settlement. What this means ??
This company recently listed is structured to gain over the long term a return via physical investment, specifically Cobalt. Therefore if they have paid approximately 30% above the current spot settlement LME price and expect a return on their investment over a 7 year guidance (likely 100%) then the Cobalt price will ascertain as at over this time-frame closer to $150fperT."
