Parties can request and are likely to have requested an advance copy of the judgment which can be received at 2pm on the day before judgment is due to be handed down. Since an advance copy would not be made public but would be held by both parties there would need to be a TH called in such circumstances no later than 2pm WA time the day before judgment is due to be handed down.
