my Predicition -
1. there is only about 2 wks until the EGM to vote on board spill.
the motions to appoint the 3 new directors and replace the existing 3 will be lost.
(because we now have N/D backers, MBL, existing Board and its supporters, and Trojan all against those motions. From experience it is very hard to oust an incumbent board unless there is a really large s/h to underpin the vote).

2. N/D is going to have to illustrate the strength of its supporting votes. If N/D do not have the magical 5% required to call meetings etc, then it will find it difficult to get a seat at the table.

3. On the assumption that N/D has 5%, then CTP would have N/D, OptionCo, Trojan (plus maybe MBL and its supporters) ALL who can destabilise CTP in its efforts to do business.

4. that situation is simply untenable. Everyone, but everyone, loses. Because each of those parties can continually call meetings.

5. there are some experienced people involved in the various factions. Most have some "hurt" money on the table.

6. once the upcoming EGM is concluded, I am betting that a compromise will be reached.
I think the outcome will be a new board (mutually agreed) with representation from existing board, Optionco and N/D.
Some existing directors will go.

all just imho. am an ex-longstanding s/h, and may buy back in when common sense returns.
