    do you even know how to read a quarterly?...have a look at the cash position, and budgeted spend for the quarter just gone (250K, which i would imagine to be a little higher). Note the 1.7M raised was at prices from 2.9c to 3.1c, so, buying those shares at 1c or so seems ok to me
