once news filters out to the market, JUM should be re-rated to anywhere between 6-8c.

They've paid 2.5 times the profit of a business that will make them more profit than their current business activities. if 3c is a fair price for JUM, then expect that to at least double in the coming months. Won't be a huge rush for shares, but there will be demand.
